Wayne Dale grew up in upstate New York and attended Baptist Bible College in PA, and Faith Seminary in IA. He also has worked as an assistant in the Operating Room. He has served in International churches in PA, and IA, has lived in Lima, Peru with his wife as a short-term missionary, and has served in multiple church plants in Utah and Ohio. He met his wife while they were visiting Phoenix in 1999 and they have 4 children. Shanna teaches English and has her masters in Social Work. They have been in the Phoenix area since 2007 and they have served in various churches in the Valley. The Dale family have been at Grace Baptist since January 1, 2017. Wayne enjoys spending time with family, being active, learning new cultures, and trying various restaurants across the Valley.
